- ‘MTA’ has a placement assistance Division to cater to the job requirements of all the students. The Registration and Services are FREE.
- These services are provided totally free of cost, as ‘MTA’ believes that it has responsibilities towards the upliftment of the society.
- Due to our experiences and vast network at the job market, we realized that this was the best idea to serve the unemployed educated youth. With the help of this division, that today ‘MTA’ boasts of 100% placement assistance to our students pursuing our courses.
- On one side the aspiring candidates for jobs are increasing rapidly, on the other there are the experienced candidates who are always in search of a better employer/attractive packages or other job conditions. · Apart from that there are employers who invariably keep looking out for better employees to justify their pay packets and perks.
- MTA follows the concept of bringing together both seekers and the job providers to one platform.
- The training programs will be synchronized with the requirements of the industry, and wherever possible, post training placement tie ups will be arranged through associates as well as industrial units, including placement camps, etc.

Procedure for Placement Review & Post Placement Tracking
- We measure our success by not how many placements we make, but by the success of each applicant in their respective positions. As part of our follow up (with the permission from our clients) we will periodically follow up with client and candidates within the probation period to ensure each client are happy with the decision made to employ the candidate introduced by us.
- Student placement /outcome data will be stored in individual student records in the Student Information System and will be maintained to reflect current and accurate information.
- Placement services will be provided to students who complete the program and may include resume review, interview skills, personal presentation for employment and assistance with job placement. Services may be provided to other students as resources permit.
- A portfolio will be maintained by the JOB Placement Cell with the resumes of students seeking employment.
- A Job Board will be maintained by the JOB Placement Cell to post employment opportunities for students.
- Notice of employer job openings received by Faculty or staff will be reported to the Job Placement Cell and posted to the job board within one working day.
- Follow-up surveys will be conducted for candidates and for employers of candidates.
- Placement and follow up data that is collected will be used as a means to evaluate and improve the quality of program outcomes as well as the success of the institution in achieving its mission.
- Accurate and verifiable program placement data will be submitted each year to the Council.
- Placement information will be made available to all instructional personal and administrative staff.
- Post-placement satisfaction surveys will be completed for both candidates and employers of completers to provide data for program effectiveness for various modes of delivery and relevance to job requirements.
- Post placement tracking of candidates will be facilitated through a separate portal in the website, where students would able to enter and update information.
